Advise the individuals and legal entities who are taxpayers on the various taxes, rights, social security contributions, products, and benefits, on how to comply with the various and complex tax obligations imposed by the corresponding laws for them to pay for public expenditure in the most fair and proportional way to their economic capacity, with the consequence of increasing the level of productivity.
Our objective is also to defend taxpayers against the settlement of federal and local contributions, when they do not comply with the applicable legal provisions and primarily with what is stated in our Constitution, through the legal means provided for in the tax rules, to effectively enforce the rights of individuals.
We support individuals with the listing of acts and official notices of federal and local administrative authorities that affect their activity. We believe that it is clear that through information, study, and dedication of matters, successful results will always be obtained that will serve to make future decisions, improve the productive activity of the legal entities and individuals, and avoid economic contingencies by enforcing taxpayers’ rights.
